About Us
Most know us through our parent company Hofmann Experience Events. We have been active in the event industry in the Kitzbühel region, as well as in USA, since 2017 and our portfolio includes great projects such as the Kitz Legends Night, the Hahnenkamm Experience, golf tournaments, charity events such as Inspire 5, and much more.
I, Sophie Hofmann, love to see people happy and to create unforgettable moments. Enabling the wishes of every bride and groom is my DNA. Weddings by Sophie makes this possible through our excellent network of the best service providers in the region, years of accumulated know-how, superb organisation, and a lot of commitment from the beginning of the planning to the end of your big day.

The first step after an inquiry is to get to know you personally in our agency (or via Zoom Call) – a good drop of champagne may never be missing! We take our time with you and discuss your ideas for the perfect day.

Due to the unfortunate Covid situation, many newlyweds had to postpone or even cancel their wedding. We offer an ideal solution for this summer 2021:
Micro Weddings: Beautiful, personal weddings with fewer than 50 guests.
Our lead time and organisational time is greatly reduced to a minimum of 14 days in advance and your budget will thank you too!

We also want to make planning your wedding a fun, creative, collaborative experience. And most importantly, you get to fully live in the moment during your wedding day with your new life partner guests.
We are very practiced professionals with years of experience in all things events. All the things that can possibly go wrong. And if they do- we always find a solution.
Yes, our initial consultation is free of charge. We take time to get to know you, what you’re looking for, and if we are the right fit for you! If location and time allows, we invite the lovely couple to our office in Kitzbühel to get to know each other personally and drink a glass (or two) of champagne.

For a regular size wedding, we recommend booking our wedding planning services a minimum of 6 months in advance. However, we do make exceptions to this.
For Summer 2021, we are offering Micro-Weddings: beautiful, intimate weddings with a quick lead time of 14 days and under 50 guests.
Definitely. Depending on where you wish to get married there are options. Austria is opening and allowing events starting May 19th.
Other destinations that we service, such as the USA are also currently an option.
